Welder

For over 75 years Cascade Pump has been a leader in Low Lift high volume Industrial water pump manufacturing. We are looking for a Welder to be responsible for welding Flanges to Columns, base plates, and fitting Elbows to columns/pedal stools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to MIG, TIG, and Stick weld.
• Must be able to read calibrated tape measure, levels.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must be able to cut 836 materials into different shapes
• Must be able to use a welder, cutting torch, plasma torch, and various grinders
• Must be safety conscious
• Weld and Fabricate sizes of 10 ¾ up to 20 inches.
• Promote and practice Quality Awareness and Quality Culture within the Fabrication department.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 5yrs welding/fabricating
• Must be able to read Blueprints.
• Must be safety conscientious
• Must have good communication skills and be willing to follow our weekly plan
• Must be able to read calibrated tape measures, levels, and position and set yup Lase
