For over 75 years Cascade Pump has been a leader in Low Lift high volume Industrial water pump manufacturing. We are looking for a CNC Machinist to program and operate horizontal and vertical Lathes for production of large industrial water pump parts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop detailed engineering and manufacturing drawings, bills or materials, and job order work instructions required to manufacture custom engineered pumps.
Interface with Project Managment, Purchasing, and Manufacturing on requirements.
Communicate engineering and manufacturing issues with Management.
Make vendor ready manufacturing prints and material requirements.
- Coatings
- Purchased parts.
- Outsource machining and/or other manufacturing process drawings.

Skills Required:

Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree
Autodesk Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to read blueprints and engineering design drawings.
Ability to create general dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) drawings.
Experience with rotating equipment (pumps specifically) and pumping systems.
Experience designing or working in a manufacturing environment, including machining, fabrication, welding and assembly.
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication skills
